AK1 Introduction

In June 2012 my friend Jim and I (Gemini Liz says) attempted to ride our Harley Davidson motorcycles from AR/IL to Fairbanks, AK and on up to the Arctic Circle. We didn't make it for reasons out of our control. This blog is the trip report of that first attempt (AK1). I will shortly start a new blog documenting our next attempt (AK2) that will begin in a few months. Enjoy.
